  3. What you need:
  4. Any Scanner that is programable
  5. A Decent Antenna (No Rubber Shit)
  6. A Recorder (Optional)
  7. Earphones Are Reccomended
  8.  
  9. Instructions:

  11. If your Scanner Has a Limit Feature which lets you scan through a bunch of
  12. differnet frequencies in a range. You also need to have a Up and Down Buttons
  13. For The Lower Frequency set it to 46.610 Mhz and high 46.990. You will be able
  14. to here both sides of the conversations with this Range. Also once you here
  15. a call on there program that frequency into a channel and scan it. You Will 
  16. have a good Time!
